Shipping
PLACING YOUR ORDER
When your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email along with a separate email containing your invoice.
Please allow up to two working days for your order to be dispatched.
Once your order has been marked as shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order.
Only orders marked as “shipped” by the shipping carrier can be tracked.
If your shipping confirmation email does not include details for your entire order, this means that some items are shipping from outside our warehouse. You will receive a further shipment confirmation once those items have been processed.
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations. Should you need urgent assistance, please get in touch with our customer service team, who’ll be happy to help where possible.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests to delay dispatch or hold orders for a later delivery date
SHIPPING
All orders qualify for free shipping. Customs duties are included. Taxes will be calculated at checkout.
We support international shipping; regions where delivery is not available will be listed during the payment process.
